The Challenge
An established organization had budget and a mandate for a new digital venture, but internal delivery would take quarters and the opportunity window would not wait.
The Approach
We ran the venture as a foundry build: small senior team, weekly demos to stakeholders, and the launch stack carrying everything that did not need to be invented.
Compliance and security were designed in from the first sprint, with a clean build-operate-transfer path so the organization could take the keys whenever it chose.
The Outcome
Live in fourteen weeks, operated by the foundry through its first year, then transferred in-house on schedule with documentation and training.
