The Approach

We extracted the firm's repeatable expertise into a self-serve subscription product, designed for the customers they already had and the ones they could not reach offline.

The foundry stack provided subscriptions, payments, and client portals out of the box; the build focused entirely on what made the firm different.

The Outcome

A digital arm that sells while the firm sleeps, operated end to end by the foundry, with the family firmly in charge of the business.
